Autumn and winter is the season of chocolate again, the store manager is ready to launch Bon Bon sugar-free sandwich chocolates. The chocolate uses Belgian sugar-free black chocolate and white chocolate imported from our project as the base. Today, I tried to make green tea chocolate using the pekoe oolong tea variety from Taoyuan Jiaobanshan Qingxinda, which is made by steaming green tea. The filling is using dark chocolate sugar free ganache.
